Also known as the Pope in Pope and Lawn, the established papercut venture I set up with my partner, now wife, over a decade ago. As Pope and Lawn we created a diverse body of innovative, unique, large scale papercut art. Taking anything from days to weeks to complete, these truly individual pieces received widespread recognition for their originality and complexity and featured in a number of galleries and exhibitions. And, while representing real value given their exclusivity and complexity, they aren’t what most people would find affordable.

Fast forward to 2024 and to Pope and Paper, a sister project to Pope and Lawn that focusses on creating limited edition, papercut art on a smaller scale, and considerably more accessible. Starting from only £20, many Pope and Paper pieces can be personalised in terms of colour and also content, meaning that having a beautiful papercut artwork, crafted with care in our cottage studio, is only a click away.
